About the Role
A well-established investment management firm is looking to add an Investor Relations Associate to their growing team. This individual will play a key role in supporting client relationships, ensuring exceptional service, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality client experiences. The position is well-suited for someone early in their career who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to build a foundation in financial services.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for routine client inquiries and requests via phone and email.
Assist with client reporting, including statements, tax documents, and transaction confirmations.
Prepare client meeting materials such as PowerPoint decks and reporting packages; support meeting scheduling.
Maintain accurate client records and contact information in Salesforce and the firm's client portal.
Support the onboarding process for new clients, including documentation, portal setup, and funding transfers.
Assist with processing subscription and redemption requests in accordance with firm procedures.
Provide logistical and administrative support for client webinars, events, and communications.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate client deliverables.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance client service efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree required; finance, economics, business, or related field preferred.
0+ years of professional internship or work experience in financial services, asset management, or related field preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
