Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Collaborate with internal business teams on accruals, cost analysis, and vendor-related accounting matters.
  • Provide meaningful insight into vendor-related financial activity, including rebates, discounts, and cost-saving opportunities.

Audit, Controls & Compliance

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors for both interim and annual audits.
  • Lead efforts to assess, enhance, and implement internal controls over financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain high-quality accounting documentation.

Strategic & Operational Support

  • Contribute to identifying revenue-enhancing or cost-saving opportunities.
  • Participate in system, process, or automation initiatives to support the company's continued growth.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

  • CPA or MBA (completed or in progress).

  • 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory or management capacity.
