We are seeking a Controller to join a high-growth company in the hospitality industry. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment where you will oversee core accounting functions, build scalable processes, and provide financial leadership to support continued expansion. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, able to thrive in a fast-paced setting while partnering closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations .

• Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and analyses for management and stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements.

• Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures.

• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives.

• Support audits and manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners.

• Identify and drive process improvements, system enhancements, and efficiencies within the accounting function.

• Manage and mentor the accounting team to foster professional growth and high performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities.

• Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting.

• Proficiency with accounting/ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
