About the Role
We are partnered with a growing healthcare organization seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team.

What You'll Do

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and forecasting

• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

• Prepare variance analysis and provide actionable insights to leadership

• Assist with annual budgeting and long-range planning

• Develop dashboards and reports to support business leaders in making data-driven decisions

• Partner with clinical and operational teams to align financial performance with organizational goals

• Ensure compliance with internal controls and industry standards

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA a plus)

• 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a plus
