We are currently paired up with a non-profit organization who is looking to hire a Finance Operations Manager. You will be managing budgets, financial planning, and reporting, working with both internal and external stakeholders, and handling grants and vendor management.
The ideal candidate has their Bachelors degree and at least 5 years of experience. They are open on industry but are looking for someone who is passionate about their cause and is excited to work in the non-profit space. This client is seeking candidates who have a mix of accounting and finance experience and who is eager to gain hands on experience and develop thier accounting and finance skills under the leadership of a strong manager. Experience implementing new systems and processes is a plus.
