A well-established, privately held company is looking to add an Indirect Tax Specialist to their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Sales and Use Tax compliance and business licensing for multiple entities. What You'll Do

• Prepare Sales and Use tax returns for corporate entities and subsidiaries.
• Conduct essential research to ensure compliance with tax laws.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of business license requirements.
• Uphold city and state business licenses.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant tax experience.
• Strong analytical, research, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; ERP experience (e.g., Oracle PeopleSoft) is a plus.
• Ability to adapt quickly, meet deadlines, and work independently.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable with occasional evening hours during peak periods.
