We're seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing strategy, supplier performance, and cost optimization across key indirect spend categories. In this role, you'll own category strategy, run sourcing events, manage supplier relationships, and guide cross‑functional teams to drive measurable value.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for medium‑to‑large indirect spend categories.
- Lead RFx events, negotiations, and contract execution to deliver savings and operational improvements.
- Analyze spend, market trends, pricing models, and total cost of ownership to identify opportunities.
- Manage contract lifecycle, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
- Partner with leaders across the organization to align priorities and support business needs.
- Oversee vendor performance, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide spend visibility through accurate categorization, reporting, and insights.
- Lead, coach, and develop procurement team members to ensure strong analytical and sourcing support.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or procurement certifications a plus).
- 5+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience, ideally in a multi‑site environment.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience with e‑sourcing tools, reverse auctions, and supplier management.
- Knowledge of purchasing contracts, legal terms, and procurement best practices.
- Proven track record driving cost savings, process improvements, and vendor performance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
