Our client is looking to bring on a Senior Accountant to their Accounting Department due to continued growth and promotions. This is an opportunity to work cross functionally within Accounting and Finance to include financial reporting, technical accounting, month end close, consolidations, financial analysis and much more. Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation of the monthly/quarterly internal reporting package, including, balance sheet, income statement, cash flow and inter-company reporting information.
- Reconciliation and review of balance sheet accounts ensuring accurate representation of current assets and liabilities
- Analyze and report on labor forecast, trends, and communicate one-time impacts
- Preparation of journal entries and financial analyses related to insurance reserves and a wide array of other accounting areas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Big4 or Regional public accounting experience a plus
- CPA or CPA track
- 4+ years of full-cycle accounting experience required
- Strong excel skills
