Our client in the DFW area is seeking a Senior AR Collections Analyst to join their team!
The right candidate will have experience in the following:
- Manage portfolio including past due status and placing delinquent accounts on hold
- Review, analyze, and resolve customer short payments driving delinquency
- Resolve billing issues, send invoices and account statements as needed
- Work closely with sales reps and management on account updates
- Must demonstrate intermediate Excel skills, including V-lookup and Pivot tables
- SAP or large ERP software experience highly preferred
