Job Responsibilities:
- Perform daily billing activities, including Proforma generation, timecard summaries, rate updates, and client reports for Partners and Attorneys.
- Ensure the timeliness, accuracy, and acceptance of invoices on a monthly basis, resolving any billing issues and ensuring invoices are approved and billed.
- Implement client Outside Counsel Guidelines and fee arrangements accurately, processing electronic invoices efficiently and resolving any rejections or reductions.
- Collaborate effectively with the billing team, finance team, and other firm departments, assisting with special assignments/projects and training/mentoring new employees.
- Manage the billing operations for the Firm's largest and most complex client relationships, acting as a billing advisor to attorneys and maintaining administrative responsibilities.
Key Qualifications:
- Billing experience within a LAW FIRM required
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and the ability to use advanced Excel features.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent customer service orientation.
