Hello!
We have a wonderful client located in Mantua, Ohio that is looking to add a new member to their accounting team. The position is a Billing and Settlement Specialist, and is fully in office, 8am to 5pm. The job description is below - we encourage all to apply.
Billing/Settlements - this position is heavy on auditing
-answer phones
-monitor e-mails (personal assigned and group)
-audit loads to ensure all required documents and rates are entered properly in our system
-address any discrepancies given to billing/settlements from the credit department
-work closely with terminal agents to complete load audits to generate invoices
-process driver transactions (ex. fuel, EFS, releasing funds such as Escrow, Maintenance and Chassis)
-process payroll for agents and drivers
-load pay cards
