The Staff Accountant is responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports and ensuring accurate financial data for the institution. This role involves working closely with various departments to support Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, budgeting, auditing and financial planning activities.
Essential Functions:
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Conduct monthly and year-end close processes
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
