JOB DESCRIPTION
AP COORDINATOR
Title: AP Coordinator
Location: Nashville, TN
Parking: Yes
Start Date: TBD
Pay Rate: $24-27/hr
Type: Contract to hire
Hours: 8am-5:00pm | Monday - Friday | 40 hours per week | Onsite
REQUIREMENTS: AP COORDINATOR
* 2-4 years of related or accounting experience
* Bachelor's degree is preferred
* Proficient in MS 365
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
RESPONSIBILITIES: AP COORDINATOR
* Allocating invoice amounts to departments/intercompany and general ledger accounts
* Process vendor invoices
* Balancing entered transactions to generated system reports
* Process vendor invoices
* Matching checks to payment documents
* Process W-9 and sales tax-exempt form requests
* Work with internal and external vendors
* Intermediate understanding of MS Office programs
