A growing real estate investment group based in Cleveland is looking for a skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of real estate and tax asset-related projects.

What You'll Do:

• Lead day-to-day project management for assigned investment, real estate development, and IT-related initiatives.

• Develop project timelines, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of goals across multiple workstreams.

• Maintain strong communication and relationships with internal teams, outside consultants, and municipal/historic preservation partners.

• Troubleshoot roadblocks and offer creative solutions to keep projects on track and within scope.

• Oversee project documentation, status reporting, and budget tracking using tools like Smartsheet and CRM systems.

• Review due diligence materials and assist with lender coordination, draw requests, and incentive reimbursement processes.

• Collaborate with finance, development, legal, and asset management teams to ensure high-quality execution.

What You'll Bring:

• 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in real estate, finance, or development.

• A bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field (PMP certification is a plus).

• Strong organizational skills, initiative, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

• Confidence working with external vendors and internal stakeholders alike.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management software, and comfort learning new tech tools.

• Familiarity with platforms like Power BI or Tableau is a bonus.
