Project Manager - Real Estate (Hybrid) | Downtown Cleveland, OH
Hybrid | Full-Time | Real Estate Development
Our downtown Cleveland-based real estate company is seeking a Project Manager to oversee key development initiatives from pre-acquisition through execution. This hybrid role is ideal for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and brings strong experience in managing complex real estate projects.
What You'll Do
- Lead real estate projects from due diligence through execution using Smartsheet and CRM tools
- Coordinate with internal teams, developer partners, consultants, and municipalities
- Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with goals
- Track documents and ensure compliance with internal standards
- Support Investment Committee prep, market research, and draw request submissions
- Manage public incentive reimbursements and assist in construction scheduling
- Identify risks early and develop creative solutions to keep projects on track
What You Bring
- 3+ years of project management experience (real estate preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, legal studies, or related field preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Comfortable using project management and document tracking tools (Smartsheet, Microsoft Office, CRMs)
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and AI platforms a plus
- Assertive, detail-oriented, and comfortable leading cross-functional collaboration
- PMP certification a plus
