Job Title: Dual Hotel Sales Manager

About the Role:
We're looking for a driven and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to lead our sales strategy, grow market share, and drive revenue. Key Responsibilities:
- Actively solicit new and existing accounts through calls, site visits, and written communications to exceed revenue targets
- Lead the full sales process with strategic insight to grow hotel occupancy and revenue
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to develop high-impact sales strategies
- Coordinate events and meetings, working closely with departments to ensure smooth execution for Groups, VIPs, and Banquets
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, local events, and industry meetings to increase visibility and market presence
- Maintain booking reports, client records, and sales correspondence with precision and professionalism
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities with tailored acquisition strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with hotel leadership to achieve budgeted performance goals
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in hospitality, retail, or food service management (hospitality preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Proven success in sales campaigns, event planning, and promotions
- Demonstrated ability to achieve occupancy and RevPAR goals while limiting OTA dependency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a team-first attitude
- Experience in staff training, local account negotiation, and Sales Action Plan development
