Our client, a renowned hospitality company, is seeking to add a Staff Accountant to their team in New York City. The staff accountant will report directly to the assistant controller and work alongside a senior accountant and another staff accountant.
The staff accountant will be responsible for handling the accounting processes and procedures for 4-5 entities all in the United States. This includes the month-end close, booking sales for each location, accruals, and bank reconciliations.
Qualifications for this role are a bachelor's in accounting or finance and 2+ years of general accounting experience. This is a hybrid position with 4 days in the office, compensation up to $75k on the base, and fully covered benefits.
