Commercial/Residential real estate company with multiple entities located in St. Louis is in search for a Property Accountant. The ideal candidate will need a BS in Accounting/Finance, 2+ years property accounting experience and Yardi software a plus. Responsibilities include full cycle accounting, assisting in budgeting and forecasting. monthly variance analysis, ad hoc reporting, preparation of multiple financial statements, bank reconciliations and cash management. This is a great opportunity to work and be mentored directly by the controller who I have known for many years. If you are looking for growth and a flexible environment this is the job for you!
