Our client, a global professional services firm, is looking to add a Senior Accounts Payable Associate to their growing finance team. This position reports directly to the Controller and will play a key role in managing all aspects of the accounts payable function across the firm and its international offices. You will be responsible for full-cycle AP including invoice coding, vendor payments, expense report processing, account reconciliations, and 1099 preparation. Collaboration, accuracy, and attention to detail are critical as you will help maintain timely disbursements, accurate records, and clear internal controls.
This is a highly visible position with real growth potential. The team has a strong track record of internal promotion, with current leaders having started in more junior roles.
