Real Estate Portfolio Analyst
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid)

We're working with a leading investment firm to help them hire a Real Estate Portfolio Analyst to join their real estate investment team. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of experience in real estate finance, private equity, or fund-level reporting.

The analyst will support the portfolio analytics team in delivering reporting, analysis, and insight across a large and diversified real estate portfolio. This is a high-visibility role that collaborates closely with investment, IR, and senior leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain fund, property, and investment-level performance reports

• Assist in quarterly and year-end reporting packages and dashboards for internal and investor use

• Help develop and improve Excel-based tools and support Anaplan/Yardi/Chatham system usage

• Monitor and track acquisitions, dispositions, and investment activity across the portfolio

• Support investor materials and presentations with updated financial data

• Collaborate across teams to ensure timely and accurate data delivery

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

• 1+ year of experience in real estate, private equity, or fund analytics

• Strong Excel skills; modeling experience preferred

• Familiarity with Anaplan, Yardi, or Chatham is a plus

• Clear communication skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and work under tight deadlines
