Senior Finance Associate - FP&A (Alternative Investment Manager)
We are working with a leading global private investment firm with over $100 billion in assets under management across a wide variety of investment strategies. With offices in key financial centers worldwide, the firm is known for its collaborative culture, long-term focus, and commitment to developing talent.
They are seeking a Senior Finance Associate to join the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This group plays a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the annual budget process and ongoing monitoring throughout the year
- Assist with long-term strategic planning, incorporating real-time and projected business changes
- Partner closely with Compensation and Corporate Finance teams
- Record journal entries to reconcile tax basis and management basis P&Ls
- Lead and support various ad hoc finance projects
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in corporate finance (FP&A), accounting, reporting, and/or public accounting
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
- Analytical mindset with solid judgment and initiative
- Comfortable interacting across all levels of the organization
- Proficient in Excel; experience with PowerBI or Tableau is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
