Beacon Hill Financial is currently working with a well-established company to hire a Contract Administrator. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, 100% onsite, offering up to $40.85/hr, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full contract lifecycle, from initiation to execution
Review and monitor contractual documents to ensure compliance with company policies
Process all non-technical correspondence with subcontractors and/or prime contractors
Maintain accurate and complete electronic contract files and databases
Review NDAs, Master Agreements, and payment terms
Recommend updates to contract templates and assist in continuous improvement efforts
