Beacon Hill Financial is partnering with a leading global organization in St. Louis, MO, to hire an Accounting Manager. This exciting role will oversee accounting operations, drive process improvements, and support the integration of financial reporting and systems across global entities. The ideal candidate will be experienced in standardizing accounting processes and collaborating across international teams.
Compensation: Up to $130K base salary plus bonus potential
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee core accounting processes
Integrate financial reporting across multiple systems
Collaborate with global entities to align financial operations
Lead efforts to standardize and streamline accounting functions
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA required
Global experience preferred
