My client, a growing company in Long Island City, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their accounting team. Reporting directly to the Accounting Manager, this role will focus on processing invoices, managing vendor payments, reconciling accounts, and supporting month-end close activities. The team recently transitioned to NetSuite, so experience with this system is essential. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional with 1-3+ years of AP or billing experience and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics who wants to work in a hybrid environment with opportunities for growth into general accounting roles.
