Job Title: Multifamily Asset Manager

About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Multifamily Asset Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the financial and operational performance of a portfolio of residential properties, driving strategic initiatives to enhance value and support our investment goals.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the financial strategy and performance oversight for a multifamily property portfolio
- Develop and implement value-add strategies to maximize returns
- Analyze property-level financials and market data to identify performance trends and opportunities
- Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders and ownership
- Supervise and collaborate with on-site property management teams
- Ensure operational excellence across properties, including maintenance and capital improvements
- Monitor compliance with lender covenants and regulatory requirements
- Conduct market analysis and utilize analytical tools to inform asset strategy
- Assist in acquisition and disposition activities, including due diligence support
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, vendors, and tenants
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field (MBA a plus)
- 3-5 years of experience in asset management, real estate finance, or property operations, with a strong preference for multifamily experience
- Experience with distressed or value-add properties is a plus
- Proficient in financial modeling and real estate software (e.g., Appfolio)
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple assets and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel as needed
