We're partnering with a top-tier global investment management firm to find an experienced Corporate Controller. This is your chance to lead a high-performing team, work directly with the CFO, and oversee U.S. and international accounting operations. If you have 8+ years of progressive accounting experience and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we want to connect.
What You'll Do
Lead corporate accounting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual close.
Oversee GAAP and IFRS reporting for U.S. and non-U.S. entities.
Partner with the CFO on strategy, budgeting, and forecasting.
Manage billing, revenue recognition, and performance fee processes (as applicable).
Serve as primary contact for auditors and lead the annual audit.
Enhance systems, reporting tools, and internal controls.
Mentor and develop the accounting team.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's in Accounting; CPA strongly preferred.
8+ years of progressive accounting experience with team leadership.
Background in asset management, financial services, real estate, or professional services preferred.
Strong GAAP/IFRS knowledge; multi-currency consolidation a plus.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with Microsoft Dynamics, MS Great Plains, or similar.
Collaborative, detail-focused, and solutions-oriented.
