Position Overview

The Staff Accountant will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting monthly close activities, and preparing reconciliations and reports. This individual will work closely with accounting and operational teams across multiple locations and support the company's continued growth and integration efforts.


Responsibilities

  • Review financial statements for accuracy and compliance

  • Prepare and file tax returns

  • Enter accounting-related data into company systems

  • Perform monthly bank settlements and reconciliations

  • Complete monthly balance sheet account reconciliations

  • Organize, maintain, and update financial records

  • Prepare documentation for external auditors

  • Collaborate with teams across multiple locations to ensure accurate transaction recording

  • Analyze reports and recommend process improvements, cost reductions, and revenue enhancements


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)

  • 2+ years of experience in Accounting or a related field

  • Solid understanding of GAAP and U.S. tax regulations

  • ERP experience (QuickBooks and Sage Intacct preferred)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Index/Match) and Word

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and locations
