Position Summary:
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Financial Reporting, we are seeking a motivated individual with strong technical expertise and experience in SEC reporting, technical accounting, and research. This role supports monthly reporting, complex revenue reporting, stock-based compensation, and administration of the consolidation/reporting system. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is detail-oriented, organized, deadline-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and filing of SEC reports, including Forms 8-K, 10-Q, 10-K, and the Annual Report.
- Ensure compliance with SEC, FASB, and NYSE regulations.
- Support management and review of XBRL reporting related to SEC filings.
- Conduct technical accounting research; analyze, conclude, and document the impact of new and proposed standards issued by the FASB and SEC.
- Prepare memorandums on accounting positions and their impact on the company.
- Assist with monthly journal entries related to revenue recognition for enabling technologies.
- Manage equity compensation, including EPS calculations and share-based compensation recording.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements, including the statement of equity and cash flows.
- Support valuations (e.g., contingent consideration, intangibles), working with internal teams and external valuation specialists.
- Assist in the design and implementation of corporate policies and internal controls.
- Serve as a liaison with internal and external auditors.
- Support roll-out of new modules in OneStream, SAGE GL, and other software implementations.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
- Maintain compliance with U.S. and international laws, rules, and regulations through required training and ongoing knowledge of compliance.
- Represent the company professionally, upholding ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA or CPA in progress required.
- 2-4 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of SEC reporting and U.S. GAAP.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
