JOB DESCRIPTION
BILINGUAL FRONT DESK: DETAILS
Title: Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist
Location: Nashville TN (Metro Center area)
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Hours: Monday - Friday | 8a-5pm | 40 hours per week
Type: Contract to hire
REQUIREMENTS: BILINGUAL FRONT DESK
* 2+ years of Admin or Front Desk experience.
* Bilingual Front Desk (Spanish and English)
RESPONSIBILITIES: BILINGUAL FRONT DESK
* Proficient in clerical skill sets
* Heavy Inbound and outbound phone calls
* Greeting visitors as they enter
* Able to assist other departments with projects
* Answering phone calls, managing emails, scheduling appointments, data entry, filing documents, updating spreadsheets, creating and sending basic correspondence, handling incoming mail, maintaining calendars, preparing meeting materials, making copies, and assisting with basic customer service inquiries.
