POSITION: PRICING ANALYST

LOCATION: CLEVELAND, OH or COLUMBUS, OH

We are seeking a Pricing Analyst to join a well established company in their Columbus, OH location or Cleveland, OH location. This is a hybrid role of in office and remote work availability. This role will play a critical role in shaping pricing strategies, streamlining operations, and improving overall financial performance.

Job Duties:

• Review and manage client rates, discounts, and alternative fee arrangements (AFAs)
• Analyze fee performance and recommend pricing adjustments
• Conduct market research on industry pricing trends
• Prepare proposals and data-driven reports for attorneys and leadership
• Support billing, collections, and client communications related to pricing

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or project/operations management (professional services or legal industry a plus)
• Strong Excel and data visualization skills
• Excellent communication skills-able to make data easy to understand
• Organized, collaborative, and eager to learn
