A client of ours in the real estate space is looking for a Project Accountant to join their growing team. You will be reporting to the team's controller and working alongside two other Project Accountants. This a collaborative role as you will be working closely with Project Managers, the Corporate Accounting team and subcontractors.
This candidate should have their bachelor's degree in accounting or related and at least 5 years of experience with project accounting in the construction or real estate space. Experience with G702 and G703 documents is required and Yardi experience is a plus.
