Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis
Boston, MA | Hybrid
About the role
A global investment firm is hiring a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis. You'll support several different business units as a member of the management company finance team, and own core planning, reporting, and analysis.
What you'll do
- Lead the annual budget; manage monthly reporting and quarterly forecasts.
- Build multi-year financial plans and incorporate real-time business changes.
- Partner with compensation and corporate finance/accounting.
- Record entries to align tax-basis P&L to management-basis P&L.
- Deliver ad hoc analyses and special projects for senior leaders.
- Act as the FP&A point for credit and insurance teams; coordinate with their finance leads.
What you bring
- 5+ years in accounting (public or private) and/or FP&A; 1+ year leading workstreams.
- Strong Excel; Anaplan/Power BI/Tableau a plus.
- Organized, detail-focused, sound judgment; comfortable juggling priorities.
- Clear communication and strong cross-functional partnering.
- Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related.
