Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialist
Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialists - this one's for you! Our client, located near the Tampa, FL area, is seeking a reliable and detail oriented Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialist to join their team on a temporary, long term basis.
In this role, you'll work alongside an established accounting team and play a key part in supporting day to day A/P operations, including:
* High volume invoice and data entry
* Coding invoices to the correct general ledger accounts
* Tracking down and obtaining approvals
* Matching invoices to Purchase Orders (POs)
* Processing employee expense reimbursements
* Handling various other A/P related tasks as needed

Work Environment:
This is a hybrid position - you'll work onsite three days per week and remotely two days per week.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates should have:
* 2+ year of Accounts Payable experience, including fast and accurate 10 key skills
* ERP system experience or exposure
* Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
