Use financial systems and PPM tools to investigate, analyze, and resolve resource allocation and spending questions.
Continuously refine budget tracking tools and processes to bring more efficiency, transparency, and insight to the department.
Drive Procurement Precision
Monitor the full lifecycle of invoices, billings, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders.
Serve as the bridge between IT, Accounts Payable, and vendors to ensure smooth and timely payment operations.
Lead, Mentor, and Influence
Coach IT Analysts, sharing financial expertise and best practices that elevate the entire team.
Serve as a knowledgeable escalation point for complex financial inquiries.
Support a culture rooted in responsible operations and safety across all environments.
Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience in Accounting and/or Finance.
Working knowledge of SAP (a strong plus).
Experience managing complex IT budgets of $10M+, with the ability to bring structure to multifaceted cost centers.
Sharp understanding of accounting principles, capital vs. expense budgeting, forecasting, and monthly accruals.
