We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to help process employee payroll accurately and on time. This role includes reviewing timesheets, entering payroll data, and making sure all deductions and taxes are correct.
Responsibilities
- Process weekly or bi-weekly payroll
- Review timesheets and hours worked
- Enter and update payroll information
- Handle taxes, deductions, and direct deposits
- Answer employee payroll questions
- Keep payroll records organized
Qualifications
- Experience with payroll or data entry
- Familiar with payroll software (ADP, Paychex, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Able to work with confidential information
- Experience with multi-state payroll is a plus!
