Job Title: NetSuite Accountant

Overview

We are seeking a NetSuite-experienced accounting professional to support a growing accounting team with core general ledger functions, journal entries, and month-end close activities. Strong, hands-on NetSuite experience is required, as this role will be heavily involved in day-to-day accounting operations and system-related cleanup following a NetSuite implementation. The position supports continued growth and the stabilization of accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day general ledger accounting within NetSuite

• Prepare and post a high volume of journal entries directly in NetSuite, including intercompany transactions

• Complete account reconciliations and research discrepancies using NetSuite data and reports

• Support month-end close activities with a focus on accuracy and timeliness

• Assist with cleanup, corrections, and validation related to a NetSuite implementation

• Partner with the accounting team to improve and standardize accounting processes within NetSuite
