Beacon Hill Financial is working with an organization in Manhattan to bring an experienced Senior Project Accountant to join their team.
Requirements:
- 7+ Years of accounting expereince.
- Experience with the software Yardi
- Bachelors Degree
Key Responsabilities:
- Set up and maintain project accounts in the accounting system, ensuring accurate coding and compliance.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets; conduct regular reviews to ensure projects remain within budget.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, project cost reports, and variance analyses.
