Beacon Hill Financial is working with an organization in New Jersey to bring an experienced Accounting Manager to their team. This role plays a critical part in managing accounting functions, ensuring GAAP compliance, and strengthenin the process. This role requires onsite work on a hybrid schedule in Jersey City, NJ. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll functions.
- Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with GAAP and company policies.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Qualifications:
- Active CPA or in progress of attaining your CPA
- 4-7 years of accounting experience as a Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager.
- Experience utilizing the software QuickBooks
- Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal.
