Beacon Hill Financial is partnering with a private equity firm in Manhattan to bring an experienced Tax Analyst to their team. This role requires at least 3 years of experience preparing and reviewing partnership tax returns, with strong knowledge of K‑1 reporting, complex partnership structures, and relevant federal and state tax regulations. Key Responsibilities

Prepare and assist in the review of federal and state partnership tax returns (Forms 1065, K‑1s, and related schedules).
Compile, analyze, and validate data used for K‑1 preparation, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to investors.
Support tax compliance for private equity funds, including capital account maintenance, partner allocations, and waterfall calculations.
Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure completeness of information for tax filings, including investment activity, income allocations, and distribution details.
Assist in responding to tax notices, inquiries, and audits from federal and state authorities.
