Our client, a private family office is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support day-to-day financial operations in a professional, fast-paced environment. This role offers exposure across accounts payable, cash management, and general accounting while working closely with a small, collaborative team.
Responsibilities include processing invoices, checks, and wire transfers; posting transactions to the general ledger; assisting with reconciliations and maintaining organized digital records; responding to time-sensitive requests; and supporting tax documentation and other financial tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate has 4+ years of accounts payable experience, a bachelor's degree in accounting is preferred, strong Excel skills, and experience with accounting systems. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and comfortable handling confidential information.
This is a hybrid role requiring three days onsite and offers a stable opportunity within a private family office environment.
