Our client, a quickly growing company in Houston, TX with sales increasing 6-8x each quarter, is transitioning to a new ERP system. This is an urgent, high-volume AP contract assignment requiring immediate support to clear a backlog of invoices.
The ideal AP Specialist will have experience in the following:
- Experience with high-volume AP in large company environments
- Manage the AP inbox and process a high volume of invoices
- Upload and enter outstanding invoices into QuickBooks Online
- Support contractor invoice processing and AP functions
- Assist with the transition to the new ERP system
- Collaborate with the AP team to manage proper invoice processing flow
- Provide a high degree of data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Technologically savvy with strong email and AP inbox management skills
