Beacon Hill is excited to partner with a rapidly growing organization in the St. Louis area to hire a Corporate Accountant on a contract-to-hire basis.
This role will be fully onsite for the first two months during training, and then transition to a hybrid schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly financial statements and other specialized financial reports.
Accurately record income, expenses, and accruals in a timely manner.
Support the creation and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
Monitor cash flow and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Lead month-end and year-end closing activities.
Oversee budget preparation and forecasting in collaboration with ownership.
Coordinate annual audits, financial reviews, and tax filings with external auditors.
Mentor and manage accounting team members through training, feedback, and development.
Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on property performance to leadership.
