Job Requirements:

• Support financial planning through data automation, forecasting, and reporting.

• Collaborate across teams to validate data and assess business impacts.

• Prepare reports with variance/trend analysis, KPIs, and key metrics.

• Assist with month-end close, reconciliations, and audits..

• Drive process improvements and ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in FP&A or Business Analyst role, preferably in SaaS.

• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics); automation experience a plus.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage large datasets.

• Adaptable, organized, and collaborative with excellent communication skills.

• Advanced degree/certification (MBA, CPA, CFA) preferred.
