Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations across multiple entities.

• Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and supporting reports.

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes.

• Monitor cash flow and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in partnership with ownership.

• Coordinate audits, reviews, and tax filings with external partners.

• Develop and implement accounting policies and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required).

• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including financial statement preparation and general ledger management.

• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting best practices.

• Proficiency in accounting systems and advanced Excel skills.
