Cash Applications Specialist - Contract-to-Hire
Location: Downtown St. Louis
Pay: Up to $26/hour (based on experience)
Beacon Hill Financial is seeking a skilled Cash Applications Specialist for a contract-to-hire position with a client in downtown St. Louis.
Responsibilities:
- Process monthly client statements
- Post cash receipts accurately
- Review and reconcile accounts receivable balances
- Handle write-offs and related adjustments
Qualifications:
- Experience in cash applications and billing required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
