Beacon Hill Financial is looking for a contract to hire Cash Applications Specialist for our client located in south county. This role is hybrid (3 days a week remote). This role offers free parking and is paying $23-$25/hr depending on experience. Our client is specifically looking for individuals who have heavy cash applications and billing experience. Responsibilities:
- Processing monthly client statements
- Posting cash receipts
- Reviewing accounts receivable balances
- Processing write offs
Skills and Specifications:
- Strong technical skills using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge or familiarity of accounts receivable procedures
