Beacon Hill Financial is partnering with a growing organization in Alpharetta, GA to hire a Payroll Administrator for a temporary-to-permanent opportunity. This is a great chance to join a collaborative team and contribute to a high-impact payroll function. Compensation is up to $88,000, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll in an accurate and timely manner
- Manage multi-state payroll, including compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Ensure accuracy of payroll data, including benefit deductions, garnishments, and direct deposits
- Support overall payroll operations and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with multi-state payroll processing and payroll tax compliance (required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus, but not required
