Our client in the North Dallas area is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their Accounting Department!
The Staff Accountant will have experience in the following.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Manage full-cycle accounting and handle month-end close duties
- Performed GL maintenance and prepare associated journal entries and
- Maintain reconciliations on financial statements, such as balance sheets
- Investigate cash discrepancies and reconcile bank accounts
- Maintain and monitor fixed asset schedules and reporting
Requirements:
- Experience with NetSuite
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or related field of study)
- 2+ years of general accounting experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
