Our client in the Richardson area is seeking a AP Analyst to join their team.

Responsibilities include:

Processing urgent / off cycle AP invoices (PO and Non-PO)
Manage the shared Outlook email mailbox with vendor requests & vendor inquiries
Responsible for vendor master data updates in PeopleSoft (address changes, duplicates, send W9's)
Update installment date changes in commission system
PeopleSoft, SAP, or NetSuite experience is a plus
