Our client is a small family-owned business located near Gunter, TX. They are seeking a transactional bookkeeper for contract with potential for hire opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in the following:
- Full cycle Accounts Payable experience- code, match, reconcile and cut checks for vendor invoices
- Full cycle Accounts Receivable experience - billing, cash applications, collections and reconciling
- Knowledge of Debits and Credits and ability to apply this knowledge
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate with employees in the field and management
- Exposure to aspects of project accounting is great, but not required
- QuickBooks experience highly preferred
